In order to facilitate troubleshooting, please include the following information:

  • Wisconsin library that issued your library card
  • Your Name
  • Email Address
  • Library Card Number
  • Title(s) of Audio/Video files that you have problems with
  • Make & Model of your mp3/video player

 

System Information:

  • Windows Version
  • Windows Media Player Version
  • OverDrive Media Console Version
  • Windows Media Player DRM Version
  • Internet Browser Used

 

Error Information:

  • Steps to reproduce the problem (in as much detail as possible)
  • Exact text of any error message (screen shots are helpful)
  • URL(s) of any error page(s) you encounter
  • Problem part(s) if applicable
